Our Story
Roofs Etc started on flat roofs. Commercial buildings, apartment complexes, mixed-use properties — that's where we cut our teeth. We became known across the Tri-State area for TPO, EPDM, and PVC membrane systems installed right the first time, backed by a 20-year workmanship warranty we actually stand behind.
As our reputation grew, so did the calls from homeowners. People who'd seen our crews on commercial jobs started asking if we did residential work too.
